    • Once you have orders to move, contact the Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) (845) 938-2500. They can answer all of your housing questions and provide services such as referrals, resolving tenant-landlord disputes, and guidance for entering lease agreements.

    West Point On Post Housing

    • Unaccompanied Housing is reserved for single Soldiers ranked E1-E5. Contact the RCI listed above for housing assistance.

    • West Point on-post housing is privatized and managed by Balfour Beatty Communities (845) 446-6407, which offers 2-6 bedroom single family, townhome and apartment style units with varying amenities, such as: garage, washer/dryer hookups, central AC and porch. The community features sport courts, a soccer field, playgrounds, a community garden and more.
